Prevo - Ernest France

Rev. Ernest France Prevo, 70, retired Methodist minister, died
Saturday morning in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis, Rev.
Prevo had been in failing health for several months. He was born
Feb 19, 1888, in Clark Co, ill son of Benjamin Franklin and
Harriet Lacey Prevo, and was married in 1911 to Dorothy Buell who
preceded him in death. After her death he was married Aug 21,
1945 to Hester Elizabeth Rhoades. Rev. Prevo was a member of
Masonic Lodge, Jamestown, OES, Waveland and was a Methodist
Minister to this area for several years. He retired June 1955
from Mace Methodist Church. He had lived near Fairlqand since
retirement. Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Miss Sue
Carol Prevo, at home; a brother, Finley Prevo, Indianapolis.
Funeral rites were conducted Tuesday at First Methodist Church,
Crawfordsville. Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cem., Terre Haute.
